History

Agra – City of the Taj Mahal, Witness Unprecedented Real Estate Development Company – Ganpati Group, founded in 1972 by Mr. Anil Agarwal, has become a hallmark of excellence in real estate.

On April 12, 2004, we officially launched Ganpati Group of Industries (GGI), starting with just three dedicated individuals working out of a modest 120 sqft room.
In 2005, as our vision expanded, so did our office space, growing to 1,000 sqft and a team of eight, setting the foundation for our future successes.

On April 12, 2009, we became a public limited entity, rebranded as Ganpati Infrastructure Development Company Ltd. (GIDCO). Operating from a 3,000 sqft office with a team of 50, we launched four major projects, generating ₹1 crore in revenue. Since then, Ganpati Infrastructure has grown rapidly, emerging as a leader in Neo-Modern residential and commercial developments with a team of 65 real estate professionals.

In 2016, we achieved the remarkable milestone of selling 550 units in just one month, followed by 500 units in a month in 2017. With over 5,000 satisfied customers, our real estate achievements are unparalleled.
In 2021, we transitioned from Real Estate to Healthcare and Hospitality. Our new hotel, under construction, is set to open in 2024. Alongside projects like Ethnic Palace, shopping complexes, apartments, and townships, we have expanded with the Apollo Clinic, Sarovar Premier, and upcoming Hyatt in Katra and Radisson in Lucknow, ensuring a bright future ahead.
On May 15, 2022, we relocated to Ganpati Square, expanding our operations to an 8,000 sqft space with a team of 150 professionals. We are now managing multiple projects across India, with a revenue of approximately ₹120 crore.

Apollo Clinic

Ganpati Group has ventured into the healthcare industry by launching The Apollo Clinic in Agra, a franchise of Apollo Hospitals on 25 December 2022.
The clinic offers state-of-the-art facilities across various specialties, including Orthopaedics, Dentistry, Physiotherapy, Neurology, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Gastroenterology, Cosmetology, Oncology, and Cardiology.
The clinic is staffed by a dedicated team of 35 professionals.
